RESPONSIBILITIES OF Dyeing OFFICERS

Details :

1. To give dyeing program slip. 
2. To match production sample with target shade. 
3. To collect production sample for sample matching nest production. 
4. To observe dyed fabric during finishing running & also after finishing. 
5. To identify disputed fabrics & report to production manager for necessary action. 
6. To discuss with production manager about overall production if necessary. 
7. To sign the store requisition. 
8. Also to execute overall floor works. 
9. To maintain loading / unloading Sheet.

JOB DESCRIPTION OF OFFICERS :

Report to: Assistant Production Manager

Job Summary: To plan, execute & follow up the production activities & control the quality.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Overall supervision of dyeing, finishing production. 
2. Batch preparation & pH check. 
3. Dyes & chemical requisition issue & check. 
4. Write fabrics loading & unloading time from m/c. 
5. Program making, sample checking, color measurement. 
6. Control the supervisors, operators‟ asst. operator & helpers of dyeing m/c. 
7. And also any other work as & when required by the management.
